How can I get assistance if I need it?

Can I change the mailing address on my order?

Preparations to process your order are started as soon as you place your order. Unfortunately this means we may be unable to make any changes to your address. But you can email us as soon as you note you need to make a change (immediately) at support@karicera.com We will do our best to get your information updated, so your merchandise gets to you safely.

I am missing items from my order, what do I do?

Please contact our Customer Service team at support@karicera.com within 14 days of your order being delivered and they’ll be happy to help.

I received a damaged or faulty item, what do I do?

We are so sorry to hear that you’ve received an item that’s not in perfect condition. And we sincerely apologise. To get this fixed for you please contact us via email at support@karicera.com When you first contact us please include the following information: Your name, Order number, Product name and code, Picture of the fault Description of the fault (The product name and code can be found on your order confirmation email). We will work with you on getting you a replacement or exchange for something different.

What is considered FINAL SALE?

All items that are marked final sale have been marked down in price, and cannot be returned for a refund, store credit, or exchanged for a different size, color, or style. Additionally, no promotion codes can be applied to items marked Final Sale. We understand purchasing Final Sale items can be difficult, so please contact us prior to placing your order if you have any questions at support@karicera.com

Why was my order canceled?

If you've placed an order and received a cancellation email from us, we sincerely apologise. This will usually be because the stock wasn't in the warehouse when it was time to process your order. You will receive a cancellation email and a refund via the original payment method used. The refund may take up to 7 days, this is the banking process and not something we can speed up.

Additionally your order may be cnacelled if there's question on issues with the form of payment used during purchase. Will will notify you if this is the case prior to canceling.

What Payment options do you have available?

We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa debit/credit cards as well as PayPal, and BUY NOW, PAY LATER options like AfterPay, and ShopPay. We don't accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers or multiple forms of payment.

How to initiate a return?

Returns and excahnges should be made within the store policies and guidelines

You have 7 DAYS from the date the merchandise is received to initiate a return.

SHIPPING

How do I track my order?

Once your order is successfully packaged for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can then track your package's progress directly from the link in this email. You can also track your order on the main website page under the track my order tab found on the main menu

Do you ship internationally?

Yes We are offering International Shipping to a few markets. Please dont hesitate to ask us before placing your order. Shipping Rates will be anywhere from $20 & up depending on shipping rates to your destination listed.

NOTE: Before purchasing, we recommend checking your country's import tax and or duty charges. Karí Céra cannot be held liable for any additional charges, taxes, or duties issued by your country's import office. Those charges are the sole responsibility of the importer (you). Import duty and taxes will be different from country to country and depend on the value of the goods you are receiving. We have no control over these charges and we are unable to lower the stated value of any goods we send out.
