Refund policy
You have 7 DAYS from the date the merchandise is received to initiate a return.

Items that have not been worn or washed can be returned within 14 days of your order purchase date. Please make sure all tags are still intact if returning an item. Unfortunately, Karí Céra does NOT offer refunds in the original form of payment, however, we will offer an exchange or store credit which you can use towards a future purchase. Store Credit will be sent in the form of a gift card, to the email we have on file. One benefit of the Store credits (gift cards) is that they never expire.
PLEASE NOTE: All returns must be submitted via our online returns center at RETURNS
All items must be in original condition, tags must be intact. No clearance items, bodysuits, undergarments or swimwear will be accepted.
PLEASE NOTE: Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.
RETURNS PROCESS
Once the return has been submitted here, our staff will review it. Once accepted, you will receive a follow-up email containing instructions on how and where to send your package. Upon receiving your returned item(s), our staff will inspect it for defects and signs of wear. If we detect that the item or items have been worn or damaged we reserve the right to deny your return. As a reminder, we do not accept returns of items that are not in their original state.
PLEASE NOTE: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return
- Item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll also need the Original receipt or Original proof of purchase.
- Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
- Karí Céra gives you a very limited list of items that cannot be returned; Clearance sale items, swimsuits, and undergarments.
- All returns must include an order packing slip that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing. Please Click here to process the return
- When sending back items from multiple orders, you must fill out an order packing slip for each applicable order. Please Click here to process the return

All returns are refunded via store credit.
- We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

Returns are processed within 10 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
- Damaged, defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order (s) upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send us an email at support@karicera.com
Final Sale Items
Discounted items and items purchased on promotion are NOT eligible for return. They are FINAL SALE. If you used a coupon or purchased an item on clearance, the item is a final sale.
Undergarments, swimwear, bodysuits, and clearance items are FINAL SALES due to the delicate nature of the item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, swimsuits, and undergarments. or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please send us an email at support@karicera.com to let us know if you need to exchange an item. To return items for exchange, click here.
Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages

This can happen if (1) an address is invalid or missing information, (2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package, or (3) the order is refused by the customer at the time of delivery.

Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be restocked and there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund. Please note, If we issue a refund it will be minus the restocking fee and shipping cost, and you will be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card
- We cannot make changes to orders once they have been placed in our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical to ensuring delivery.
- We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
- By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full return policy. Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
