The item should be free from any wear, tear, washing, damage, or alterations. Violations include perfume, makeup, animal hair, other odors/stains, or missing tags. We reserve the sole right and discretion in determining the eligibility for any returns including but not limited to the condition of any returned order. Returns can be exchanged for a similar item in a different size, different item or store credit which you can use towards a future purchase. Store Credit will be sent in the form of a gift card, to the email we have on file. One benefit of the Store credits (gift cards) is that they never expire.
